Secretary's Message
Dear Educators,
Patliputra Sahodaya was founded with a simple yet powerful belief, that education thrives best when schools grow together, learn from one another, and place collaboration above competition. Over the years, this spirit of Sahodaya, “rising together” has guided our work and continues to shape our vision for the future.
In an era defined by change, education must go beyond academic achievement. It must prepare learners to think critically, act responsibly, and live with values that strengthen society.
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has reaffirmed this vision by encouraging inclusivity, creativity, and holistic growth. For us, it is not merely a policy document, but an opportunity to reimagine classrooms as spaces of curiosity, innovation, and equal opportunity for all.
At the heart of this mission stand our teachers, the true nation-builders. Their role extends far beyond instruction; they inspire, mentor, and nurture the character of every child. Supporting their growth and professional learning is central to the work we do at Patliputra Sahodaya. When teachers rise, the entire nation rises with them.
Through initiatives, training, and platforms such as Sahodaya Samarpan, we aim to foster dialogue, share best practices, and build a community where no child feels left behind and no dream feels too distant.
As Secretary of Patliputra Sahodaya, I invite every stakeholder, schools, educators, parents, and learners—to join us in this journey. Together, let us uphold the values of equity, collaboration, and excellence, and ensure that education remains the most powerful force for progress and harmony in society.
With sincere regards,
Insha Rahman
Secretary
